I’ve ordered from abercrombie a few times now, and overall I think the prices are fair for what you get. Some things definitely aren’t cheap, but the quality usually feels better than fast fashion. I grabbed a pair of jeans and a hoodie on discount, and I was happy with them. My only regret is not waiting for a promo on a couple of other things I bought earlier, because the sales really do make a difference. Shipping was fine too, and there weren’t any weird surprise fees at checkout. I’d shop there again, but probably only when there’s a deal going on.

Trying to return my order was such a nightmare. The website kept sending me around in circles like it was some kind of impossible maze, and the whole return label part was so unclear I wanted to scream. Something that should’ve taken a few minutes ended up taking forever, and I was completely over it. Definitely not ordering from here again.

I had a small issue where my order wasn’t updating, so I messaged customer service expecting it to take a while. They replied quickly and actually paid attention to what I said. They fixed it the same day and sent me a clear update afterward. No endless back and forth, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a good experience.

"Refund delay has really shaken my trust"
I returned my Abercrombie order and the tracking clearly shows they received it already, but I still haven’t gotten my refund. It’s been almost three weeks now, and every time I reach out to customer service, I get the same generic response with no real update. I understand refunds can take a little time, but it’s frustrating how quickly they take your money and how slow they are to give it back. At this point, it’s made me lose trust in ordering from abercrombie again.

"Looks Good, Moves Like It’s on Dial-Up"
The website is actually nice to look at and easy enough to get around, so that’s a plus. But the pages loaded slowly for me, which was super fun because who doesn’t love waiting in suspense for a product page to appear? The filters were also a little annoying to use, but checkout worked fine, thankfully. Overall, it’s okay. Not terrible, not amazing, just kind of there.

"Really Disappointed"
I was so disappointed with these jeans. I barely got any wear out of them before they ripped, and it felt like such a waste of money. I really wanted to like them, but they just didn’t hold up at all.

The fabric felt really scratchy against my skin, and I felt kind of trapped wearing it because it was so uncomfortable. I kept adjusting it, hoping it would get better, but it never did. Definitely not something I’d reach for again.

I wanted to like these, but they felt stiff right away. After about an hour of wearing them, they started rubbing and just got uncomfortable. Maybe they break in over time, but for me, they weren’t great

"Nice clothes, but I felt a bit brushed off"
abercrombie actually has some really nice designs right now. The clothes are simple but still have a cool, modern look, and the fits feel way better than they used to. The site was easy to browse, and I found a few pieces I’ve been wearing a lot. That said, I did feel a little dismissed when I had a question, like they weren’t really interested in helping much. Still like the clothes, but that part wasn’t great.

When I first got the clothes, I remember thinking they looked really nice and the fit was actually good. After trying the shirts on though, some of them felt thinner than I expected, especially based on what I had in mind for the price. They’re still wearable and look fine, but looking back, I do feel like the quality could’ve been better.

My order showed as ready, but when I got to the store they couldn’t find it for about 25 minutes. The staff was friendly and tried to help, but the whole situation was ridiculous and frustrating.

I ordered a few things from Abercrombie and overall it went smoothly. The tracking updated like it was supposed to, and my package arrived on the day they said it would. The box was a bit banged up when it got here, but thankfully everything inside was totally fine. Shipping wasn’t the quickest I’ve ever had, but it wasn’t a big deal and there weren’t any real issues. I’d be happy to order from them again.
